The Vancouver pans handle any pressure to do things beautifully well in the kitchen. These safety valves work together to make the most of cooking with out the risk of accidents. The pressure cookers are lined and coated with nonstick Starflon T1 material, and the lids are polished externally and have a satin finish inside. Operating pressure up to 12 psi.
