| Recommendations for Use | The maximum capacity for cooking is 3/4 of the total volume of the item. Be extra careful when handling hot cookware and utensils. Use a potholder to protect hands and keep out of the reach of children. This product may not be modified. Before first use, wash the item with a soft sponge and mild soap or dishwashing liquid. After drying, grease the inside surface with cooking oil or butter and place it in a preheated oven for two minutes. Allow to cool and then wash again. Your Starflon item is now ready for use, with or without oil, and always on low or medium heat (never over 220°C/425°F). When handling the item while hot, be careful not to scratch the exterior finish. Prevent stains by not allowing fat or food residues to drip on the outside surface of the item. Only use silicone, nylon or wood utensils to stir food in this item. Cleaning: Avoid soaking the item in cold water when it is hot. Never use abrasive products to wash the item. If burnt food sticks to the item, soak it in water until the food can be easily removed with a sponge and mild soap. For a longer-lasting product, do not use the dishwasher. To discard product and packaging, follow existing recycling guidelines. This product does not require maintenance, only cleaning. |
